– To me, as a good entrepreneur, your first step before you start any business is to identify a problem. What is the major challenge that people in your vicinity face? Do they consume a particular commodity and its suppliers are scarce? Do they patronize a particular service whose service providers are not sufficient? These are just a few questions you should ask yourself and they may further encourage you to take surveys to get more report accuracy.
After you have done the first thing I listed, then you can be sure to move to the main thing which is the business you want to start.

1. Writing/Printing: This is like one job that can never go out of trend in a student system and you can earn some decent side income from it by writing assignments, projects, seminars, printing and binding for fellow students and staffs.
2. Order and Purchase: I called it order and purchase because you may need to request it from another area based on demand and then have it shipped to you and then to your customers. It is also known as mini importation and all you need is a trusted vendor that will get goods for you.
3. Delivery: As students, this is also lucrative because you’re not only earning but you are also saving people the stress of having to worry, by replacing it with an easy option.
4. Freelancing: You can make money by offering services ranging from; translation, graphics design, proofreading and many more. Some popular freelance sites includes; Upwork, Fiverr to mention a few.
5. Buying and Selling: You can buy properties and resell them especially in situations of graduating students who want to move and incoming students who would need those properties. You’ve not only made money, you have also solved peoples problem right there. Kudos
6. Tutorials/After School lectures: Nothing should be wasted! Your intelligence and brilliance can also fetch you revenue just by teaching other students and helping them with school works.
7. House Agent/Procurement:You can make some decent amount by helping people who are busy or cannot secure Accomodation get some and charge them for your time and stress.
8. Fashion Designing: How to make money as a student cannot be complete without talking about crafts which serve every purpose they are targeted at. Others include; plumbing, catering, electrical installations and many more.
